I am delighted to share with you some exciting news that marks the beginning of a new chapter in our relentless battle against drug abuse in Akwa Ibom State. As the Secretary of the Akwa Ibom State Drug Control Committee (AKSDCC), it is my honor to introduce our new Chairperson, Pst (Mrs.) Patience Umo Eno, the esteemed Wife of the Executive Governor of Akwa Ibom State.

Before we embark on this new journey, I want to express our deepest gratitude to our outgoing Chairperson, Mrs. Martha Emmanuel. Her unwavering dedication and passion for this cause have paved the way for significant progress in our fight against substance abuse. Under her leadership, the AKSDCC has achieved remarkable milestones in creating awareness, providing rehabilitation, and advocating for a drug-free society.

As we bid farewell to Mrs. Martha Emmanuel, we embrace the exciting prospect of having Pst (Mrs.) Patience Umo Eno at the helm. Our Chairperson is known for her compassion, dedication, and unwavering commitment to social causes. Her heart for the youth and determination to empower individuals to live their best lives align perfectly with the mission of the AKSDCC.
